Rocky is missing...

BE ON THE LOOKOUT: This 15-year-old dachshund is Rocky. And he was last seen on Monday (Nov. 5) crossing La Prada Drive. He's lost from the area of Bedford Drive and Oats Drive in Mesquite -- near LBJ just north of I-30.

Desiree Britt says her little dog went missing from the yard on Sunday morning, Oct. 21, but there have been sightings since then.

She's put out flyers and posted a reward.

Rocky "has been a part of my family since he was six weeks old. He has never gotten out before and I am getting desperate as I have had no calls or sightings since Monday."

The little guy weighs around 16 pounds and is "hard of hearing and half-blind."

"The days are shorter now, the nights are colder and I'm very, very worried for him," Desiree says. "I don't know if someone has taken him in and chosen to not call the number on his tag or if the 'worse' has possibly happened. Rocky is loved so very much  ... This all seems like a big nightmare and I am totally heartbroken."
