Our tipster at the Dallas County Courthouse reports late Thursday afternoon that the guy who mutilated, tortured, stomped, set-fire-to and killed Tiger the Cat has been sentenced to 8 years in prison. Plenty of time to contemplate his unfortunate decisions.
